They have a good selection of guitars at various price points. I've bought electric guitars and amplifiers here, and everything has been good quality. The products are new and original, and they'll provide an invoice without any problem if you need one. Most of the salespeople are friendly and helpful. Perhaps the only downside is that if you want to buy on an interest-free payment plan, they raise the price by up to 18%, but that happens in all the stores on Bolivar Street. It's a recommended store.

The staff's service was excellent; they know the products perfectly, and consequently, their help allows you to make a better decision when selecting your merchandise in each of the specialties.

It's a store with a good selection of guitars, and the prices seem reasonable. The person who helped me was very friendly and gladly gave me the prices of various products. I think they could improve their system to display prices to customers more efficiently. Even so, I think it's a store that provides good service.
